What are shipping time frames?

New Zealand
Shipped within 10 days. 

Australia
Shipped within 20 days.

Rest of the world
Shipped within 30 days.

How are my orders packaged for shipping?

A3 and A2 prints are sent flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag or wrapped in brown paper.

A1-A0 prints are rolled with acid-free tissue and brown paper and put into a tube. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, all international orders are shipped using NZ Post and may be passed on to a National carrier once in the country of destination. Australian orders are tracked and insured. The Rest of the World orders are standard mail, untracked and insured.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

Lost or damaged orders are replaced for free. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.
